Hungry? Lemon Cupcakes Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups of flour
½ teaspoon of salt
1 stick of butter
2 cups of brown sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of skim milk
1 cup of lemon juice
Lemon Zest
1 cupcake pan/liners
2 bowl
1 can of Lemon frosting
Sprinkles
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a cupcake pan.
- Mix the flour and salt in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and the butter together/
- Mix in the vanilla extract, lemon juice, skim milk.
- Combine the mixtures together and mix in the lemon zest/brown sugar
- Pour the mixture into the cupcake liners.
- Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Cool and frost.
