Hungry? Lemon Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients:

3 cups of flour

½ teaspoon of salt

1 stick of butter

2 cups of brown sugar

4 eggs

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 cup of skim milk

1 cup of lemon juice

Lemon Zest

1 cupcake pan/liners

2 bowl

1 can of Lemon frosting

Sprinkles

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a cupcake pan.
  2. Mix the flour and salt in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and the butter together/
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract, lemon juice, skim milk.
  5. Combine the mixtures together and mix in the lemon zest/brown sugar
  6. Pour the mixture into the cupcake liners.
  7. Bake  in the oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
  8. Cool  and frost.

Ingredients:

1 tomato

½ red onion

1 cucumber

2 slices of whole wheat bread

3 whole carrots

1 red apple

1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil

A pinch of salt and pepper

A splash of Tabasco

1 large bowl

Directions:

  1. Chop all the vegetables.
  2. Put all the vegetables in the large bowl.
  3. Pour in the apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and Tabasco.
  4. Season and Mix.
  5. Store overnight in the fridge.
